MAST ROLLER BEARING

Mast roller bearing is used to guide for linear movement of forklift truck’s mast.
It is a core part of the mast and has a role of guide and retain movable fork carriage to mast.
It is designed to special bearing for withstand repeated extreme impacts and heavy radial load in harsh environments.
Special designed thicker outer ring, closed-die forged materials and bearing-exclusive case hardening heat treatment makes more impact resistance and durability.

CHAIN SHEAVE BEARING

Chain sheave bearing is used to axis of the chain for vertical movement of a fork carriage.
It is a core part of the mast and has a role of lift and lowering of the fork carriage by sustaining chain belt in axis.
It is designed to special bearing for withstand eccentric load, heavier radial load and corrosion in harsh environments.
Special designed snap ring, various surface finishing, closed-die forged materials and bearing-exclusive case hardening heat treatment makes more eccentric, heavy radial load and durability.

Side roller bearing is used to hold side load occurred by vertical movement of fork carriage.
It is a core part of the fork carriage and has a role of side guide and retain movable fork carriage to mast.
It is designed to special bearing for heavy radial load with limited diameter.
Special designed multi-row bearing, closed-die forged materials and bearing-exclusive case hardening heat treatment makes heavy radial load and durability with limited space.
